Everyone’s favorite childhood book “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” comes to life this December in this tribute presentation by Auburn Players Community Theatre.

Join us in Whoville to find out how that grouchy, cave-dwelling creature, the Grinch played by Seth Kennedy, along with his unloved, but loyal dog, Max played by Charli Tallman, plot to steal Christmas from those merry and warm-hearted Who’s.

After taking every present and trimming including the log on the fire, an unexpected run-in with Cindy Lou-Who played by Irelynn Vollmer, and a climb to the top of Mount Crumpit, the Grinch is confused to hear the Who’s singing a joyous Christmas song. He puzzles for a moment, perhaps Christmas is more than just presents and feasting, “Maybe Christmas, he thought, means a little but more.” The Who’s are portrayed by Ashley Bobbett, Cole Carpenter, Ray Cereo, Eden Gadsby, Jackson Galka, Tom Hoey, Erin Kennedy, Tehya Kloster, Jenna Nila, Lily Nila, Mary Nila, Aurora Sitterly, Nick Trumbull, Tori Trumbell, and Teresa Wilt.

Will the Grinch have a growth of heart? Will he return the Christmas presents and trimmings? Will Max finally be loved?
