Community theater is back!

The Auburn Players open their 63rd season with the thriller,

THE DECPTION OF KATHRYN VASK.

As they continue to find ways to make the arts more accessible to an even broader audience, the theater will offer a PAY WHAT YOU CAN night on Thursday, October 6th at 7:30 PM

Pay What You Can Night are special performances when audience members can pay whatever they see fit for their ticket and enjoy a night at the theater. There is no minimum payment or any set prices for how much a person must pay, only what they feel comfortable giving that night. This gives members of our community a chance to see a show they may not have been able to attend otherwise.

THE DECEPTION OF KATHRYN VASK is a tightly woven thriller that follows a grief-stricken woman who blames herself for her son’s death.  Seeking forgiveness, her husband conspires with the family pastor to hire actors to hold a séance.  The fake proceedings do not go as planned. Things take a spine-tingling turn as someone or something takes over.

Pay What You Can Night will be on Thursday, October 6th at 7:30 PM at the Cayuga Community College Theater, 197 Franklin Street in Auburn. No advance sales but you can make a reservation for a large group by calling (315) 406-0211

Other performances are Friday and Saturday, October 7th and 8th at 7:30.  Ticket prices for these performances are $15 genreal admission and $10 senior/student and can be purchased at the door or at www.auburnplayers.org
